NDA

Post by Nimrod »

"Please remember you have agreed to a legal NDA when signing up for the beta test and this information is only intended for you. "

Can I get a copy of the NDA? It has been a long time since I signed up for the Beta, just want to check the NDA.

You don't have to worry too much about it, if you want to promote the game we won't stop you, just remember it's an unfinished version.

Ah thanks for the clarification, I was scared I'd have to make my mate 'disappear' because I said I got invited to the beta, didn't say anything else though!

The NDA prevents you discussing the game outside the forums. You can say you are in the beta but not anything about it. This is because it may not be indicative of the final version and we don't want people commenting on bugs of features that wont be in final release. After release the NDA will be lifted and you can say anything.

That is understandable and I would not say anything about the game, I was just worried about whether I was even allowed to say I was in the Beta.
