Game dont run properly "WHITE SCREEN INSTEAD OF MENU"

The Game starts without Problems, the Intro is running perfectly too but when the Menu starts the screen keeps " WHITE " !!!
The Music is running in the background but i can't see nothing except downwards 5 grey boxes from the left side to the right. They change the color into white when i get across and i can also cklick on them. Withe the right Button the Game closed.

Please help me.

Can you please provide your system spec? You can list your operating system, your graphics card, processor etc., or you can run dxdiag program and attach the output file.

Do you have the latest drivers for your graphics card installed? It often helps with problems like this one.

i have upgraded everything possible

I have launched :
/glewinfo.exe
/vcredist_x86.exe

in "My Documents\My Games\Commander The Great War" there is no ctgw.log
maybe because i was never able to run the game

when I try to upload glewinfo, I cannot, I have the massage
