Numbing down Artillery?

Is there a way to achieve this? I was thinking of getting a Priest and Wespe and numbing down their rounds so infantry aren't slaughtered all the time. I want to get the Anti Infantry to about 50 or so and increase the rate against tanks to 30 so they can destroy light armor. The reason I want to do this is to lessen the damage they give out so they aren't so damn annoying! They would have more diversity in between them.

There are probably some values in the squads file that will let you do that. An easier way would be to increase the reload time "BombardReload", so even if per hit they are still as effective if they can shoot less times in general you will be decreasing their effectiveness for the battle.
