Units still on transport after leaving water

In the attached file, hex 49,49. There is a colonizer that passed through a water hex but is still on the transporter while traveling on land (either that or the transporter is still moving with the unit).

Actually, they aren't still on the transport, the transport simply doesn't go away when they enter a land hex. The transported unit separates from the transport and moves on its own over land, but the transport also leaves the water and begins overland transport to the hex chosen for the unit to go to.
