    Added:
    * New growth system based on population. This should take care of advantages from city sprawling.
    * Population now migrates between cities based on morale.
    * More event notifications.
    * Display alien aggression options in new game panel.
    * Display cooldown for operation buildings.
    * Can stack units together with non-enemy players.
    * Implemented events panel.

    Changed:
    * Technology costs scale slower with each tier.
    * Increased ruin rewards.
    * Ruin rewards now scale based on turn.
    * Receiving enough research from a ruin can now instantly complete the researching technology.
    * Changed faction modifiers.
    * Overpopulation and pollution morale penalties are now asymmetrical.
    * Split 'from other' into 'from advancements', 'from faction' and 'from production'.
    * Events list now stretches to the top in single player.
    * Reworked diplomacy system.
    * Improved event notifications.
    * Improved battle panel.
    * Improved selection panel.
    * Reduced Command Nexus power gain from 25% to 10%.

    Fixed:
    * Fixed transport glitches.
    * Fixed operation limits not working after load.
    * Fixed overlay being missplaced after resolution change.
    * Fixed floating numbers showing when not necessary.
    * Fixed auto-save state issues.
    * Fixed selection panel additional orders position.
    * Fixed AI not disembarking from transports for attacks.
    * Fixed possible crash when clicking on an operation production complete event.
    * Fixed players panel not showing in multiplayer games.
    * Misc other fixes.
