Bought 39, 40 now want Mega Pack. Any discounts?

I purchased Wehrmacht, then DLC 39 and then DLC 40. If you ask me why, I was kinda hoping that the iPad version will arrive sooner (BUT IT DIDN'T GRRR ) so I was initially planning to hold off, then I succumbed to 39 after watching deducter's vids and now bought 40.

Now I want to buy the Mega Pack, as I realised I really need Deducter's mod to play the GC properly (which will be unavailable on iPad).

So now I have to either cash out for the whole Mega Pack or purchase additional 8 packs, right? I know there was some talk here on the forums about getting a discount for the Mega pack if you own individual campaigns already? That's my question. Thanks

We did have one but it was only valid for the first few weeks. The issue preventing us from continuing it was that the serials were the discount codes and you used your serials to purchase mega pack serials, but the system has no way to differentiate between the two so in theory someone could have used mega pack serials to purchase a new mega pack and keep passing it on. We didn't have time to put a fully featured system together for the discounts so it had some limitations and this is why we had to only let it run temporarily I'm afraid. I'm not sure if that made any sense but lets just say there were technical reasons for limiting the time of the offer!

Hello Kirby, like Iain already explained, I'm afraid the Mega Pack discount offer was for a limited time only, as a gesture to those who had already bought the GC's and wanted the Mega Pack as well.

So like you already said, basically you have the choice of going for the Mega Pack, or purchase the remaining 8 GC's. I think the Mega Pack is cheaper than the 8 other GC's together, so my recommendation would be to go for the Mega Pack.

And if you end up with unused GC's like me, you can use those to ensnare another hapless victim into this addictive game . After I got the Mega Pack I had installed my old GC's on one of my other PC's, which also has AK on it.

One of my friends is an old-time Panzer General fan who already had the base game and had little interest in the GC's. But out of curiosity he had to have a look, so I let him play it at my place. He now owns a complete set as well... But as he explains, all the money he has spent on the game would not be enough for a single friday night out in town, so he still considers it guite good value for the money.

Thank you guys for the quick answers. I'm not really concerned about the total cost (both options are more than affordable), but as an entrepreneur, I do like to weight my options
