Victory conditions question

Post by syagrius »

If I play as the Axis with the "end in 1945" option off, am I going to win when I get Paris, London, Washington and Moscow, or do I need to have a complete surrender of the UK and USSR and take Ottawa and Perm also to win?

If you do not use the end 1945 rule the war goes on until either side has capitulated and that means you have to conquer all of their Capitals. Axis need to wipe out USSR, UK and USA. Allies have to wipe out Germany and Italy.

Thanks Johan. That is what I suspected however I wanted a confirmation. I may try my next Axis game with the option turned off, should be interesting. 8)
