Panzer Corps multi screen setup

Hello all,
i have a question regarding Panzer Corps on 2 screens.

I am playing in the moment on my laptop.
I have a 21" screen as my main screen and my laptop screen as the second screen.
My windos is set to "expand" view - so both screens can be used.

Is there a way to "expand" my Panzer Corps to the laptop screen? (and what settings do i need for that )

Yes i have tried - i can "expand" manualy the screenborder to my second screen. This works.

But my idea was more - is there a configuration to have the right side (turns/actions/minimap/reserve untits) - in a second window?
Cause my screenresolutions are different
