Directory of Scenarios with download links & Platforms

I (and others judging from replies to various topics) would find a 'sticky' detailing the various released/playable Mods/Scenarios including details of Platforms i.e. PC, iPad, Mac, version number etc, SP/MP, links to the base forum/topic very useful.

I would be happy to 'manage' and administer such a central directory resource subject to receiving the data via PM or email and having the relevant rights. Clearly the players already allied to specific mods/scenarios would not require such a resource, but given the range and depth of the topics across the BA spectrum, new and exploring players would I suggest find such a resource of benefit as well as promoting the BA gaming model.

I envisage that such a 'sticky' would not allow replies due to the links to the relevant forums and topics ie such a resource would act only as a Directory.

Sounds like a good idea. It's simplified by the fact that any LST file should be downloadable and work on all platforms.

You could probably start an initial thread by harvesting the links from the forum?

Pip - re harvesting do you mean searching across the BA forums for *.lst file links in the forums? If so, not sure it would be manageable in that mod/scenario threads contain a lot of dialogue and fixes etc, before a valid link emerges.

I guess the issue is like a 'free newspaper' ie content is sponsored and driven by the authors. Also, a Thread would be driven down the list by incoming and new threads. If such a Directory is to be successfull then the links and associated information must be credible in terms of links etc.
