Internet dropping out.

Hi there,

I received a email stating that it had been noted that I have been downloading the same turn on a number of occasions. I would just like to let you know that this is due to my internet access dropping out. I live in Australia, on the outside of Brisbane, and my internet access is rather basic. Any time that I am on the internet and the phone rings, my internet connection will drop out. I have been in touch with my internet service provider, however they say that due to the old phone lines/ cables, they can not fix this problem. I am unable to pick up wireless due to the mountains and hills in the area. We have the same problem with mobile phones in this area too.
Please don't think that this is a way of cheating for me.
I hope this clears things up a bit, as I do not wished to be removed from playing this game.
