Keystrokes to get a low view?

What are the keys to press (on a Mac) to get a 3d camera view that's low to the ground and includes the sky?

I have a vague recollection that OSX grabs the keypress for some reason. As it's something of a non-official feature I haven't looked too much into it. I will take another glance if I get a chance.
