Simple one no dought, but not explicitly stated in the list. Wars of religon, scots Covenanter, pages 70/71, only in England in 1644 sub list.

Does the block title "foot" on page 71. Replace "foot regiments" on page when taking the "marston moor" option?

Yes, that's how I'd read it if I werre checking the list. The Foot Regiments section on P70 specifically excludes armies in England in 1644.
