Tech, how about putting the Members list in alpbetical order? I know it is a yank thing ,but I'm thinking you are past who was first! At least the option! 1200 pages is a little much!

Just click on the "username" caption of the column to sort the member list alphabetically in ascending and once again in descending order. Obviously you can do the same with all other categories like "rank", "posts" or whatever you find useful.
