I also recommend the Blitz exhibit at Flambards if you are ever down in Cornwall. It's not that large, but it's pretty well done. And there is a lot of other cool stuff too, from aircraft (many an hour spent climbing around and flicking switches in the poor old Shackleton they have open to play in) to Victorian times.
