Later Ottomman Lists

The Ottomans have a lot of irregular light cavalry. A lot of it irregular light cavalry impetuous with lance.

The drawbacks of being irregular light cavalry are many , (who you cab assault, number of combat dice, POA for skirmishers, rear support capabilities?)

In Earlier Ottoman lists the same sorts of cavalry are often conscripts. Which are cheaper and often are better.

(1) Why are they conscripts before but irregular now? There are impetuous with lance, why are they so combat shy/poor.
(2) for light cavalry I dont see why conscripts are cheaper than irregular, given the rules about irregular light cavalry I would argue the conscript light cavalry are better it's irregular light cavalry that should be cheaper.

That would be why the 2 players in our club building Ottomans are both going for early lists!
