GAME CRASH CANNOT DOWNLOAD

I copied to the link given in the posting.

I click on the red toolbox but before I get to paste the link I get the following error that popus in a window and crashes the game

***Unhandled Exception! ExpCode: 0xC000005 ExpFlags: 0 ExpAddress: 0x757F9B60 Please Report!

Can you please post the contents of the error.log file from My Docs/My Games/BBCBA immediately after you experience this crash. I've not heard of this issue before. Are you running the latest version?

I believe I am running the latest version of BA.

Here is a screenshot of the error window whenever I try to download a game. I tried for other campaigns and I got the same error. As soon as I click on the red toolbox I get this error so I never have the chance to paste the link.

It looks like there is a failure in the D3D calls. Have your video drivers changed recently? Can you let me know what your spec is (you can just give me the DXDiag info as per the instructions at the top of the Tech Support forum).

Note that I have no problems playing the game. I think the issue might have started when I began to use 2 monitors on the computer, a laptop btw.

Hmmm. It's possible that could be the cause. I can't think of anything that would cause this specific screen to cause problems though. The crash is inside D3D (which is supposed to be impossible with WHQL drivers, just as an aside!). Are there any more recent drivers from Intel that you could try, as yours are from 2011?

I played around with some of the simple settings. Clicked off "full screen" in the initial game window and now I am able to download.
Funny but I'm not complaining.
