PM not being sent

Hi I made 2 PM to a player and they are still in my outbox. Is this normal ? How do I get them to be sent?

The PM system is a little odd - they won't leave until the other user reads them. You can actually delete messages before the other person reads them, and the other person just gets a mocking inbox entry telling them that the other user has deleted it before you could read it
