Impact after pursuing

Post by tamerlan »

If a unit, while pursuing, contacts another enemy unit, it is resolved in the impact phase of the next turn; ¿can that unit be charged in the flank by enemy units in their charge phase that could not have done it at the beginning of the second pursuit move? (in a way both events seem to take place at the same time, so if at the beginning of the second pursuit that leads to contact with new enemies the pursues could not be charged in the flank, they would not be allowed to do it in the next phase).

By the way, reading this question I recall Max Brothers films

Thanks in advance,

I think you can change any target that is there when you declare the charge - and also, if the unit had pursued and not reached new enemy it would still be a charge target in th eposition it ended up - so why not?

Yes, I can't see any reason that you couldn't do this.
