Issue with Dublin - no economic value?

I'm currently playing a MP game as the Entente. My opponent landed two German armies in Ireland, so I sent two British units (cav and army) via Dublin. However, both of my units are out of supply immediately. I pushed the space bar and noticed that Dublin has no economic value at all (no number appears over the city). Is this intentional or a bug?
