CRC Error/Where to find the installer?

After a long break from Panzer Corps, I wanted to play it again today and maybe try out some of the DLC that has been released in the meantime. Sadly, the game refuses to start, displaying the message "CRC check failed. Please try to reinstall the game." I tried using old backups of the game folder but all versions display the same error. I would reinstall the game but the installer is nowhere to be found. I just can't remember where I stored it. If I recall correctly, it was a single exe file, though I can't remember its name. Is there any place to re-download the setup file(s)? I still have the serial number, it is also registered to this account.

Edit: I am terribly sorry, I found the answer in the sticky thread a second after I posted this. But as a follow-up question: What details should I be sending? E-mail adress and serial number?

Thank you for your answer. The e-mail adress is the same I'm registered with on this forum but I could not find an order number, confirmation e-mail or anything like it. I probably deleted it. Sorry for the trouble but I guess I just exptected to be able to re-download the software like I can on other online games stores like Steam, Gamers Gate and so on.

The order number is the most important detail. If you've lost it, then send the other details, like mail address with which you place the order, your name, address.

Since I wanted to buy Afrika Korps anyway, I went ahead and added the original Panzer Corps to the cart again, too. I will make sure to save the installer somewhere safe this time. Do I need to de-register my old serial or can I simply add a new one?

Personally, I'd be very happy if you considered offering your games through other channels like Steam. I find managing my games library much more comfortable there.

It could take longer to locate the order but we would end up finding your order.
No need to register your old serial. You can register the new serial in your account, or offer it to a friend of yours who could play with you. It's just a suggestion.
And remember, just keep the order number safe, it will be enough for us to give a new link whenever you need it.
