Just wanted to say thank you for including the chapter and page number relevant to the iPad version in the hardcopy version of the rules. This is a really nice touch and will be a big help in games where the players are using a mix of softcopy and hardcopy rules. A little thing that would never have occurred to me but for which I am grateful.
