Issue to download PBEM games

Hello guys,

as you may have noticed I have issues to download PBEM games. Multiple times I have to download again the game and in general, after 1 minute, the message given by the game is the following: "Failed to load correctly. Please check your connection and try again. 0" If I try three or four times, I

I am playing both on Ipad and Mac (Mac OS X), and both have issues, so I don't think the origin of the issue is the machine.
But, the version of the software is 2.06.....
I'm on Mac, I don't know how to get a directX dialog....

Sorry you are having problems. We seem to be having some intermittent server issues, and are trying hard to sort them out.
