Problem uploading a turn, downloading a turn

Over the last couple of days I have had trouble selecting a game to start my turn. I sometimes have to wait 30 to 45 minutes before I can do so successfully. Further I also have had trouble uploading a turn when I was finished with it. I try and try again and always get an error message. When I am not able to upload a turn then I get stuck in a "no man's land" where the app (am on iPad 2) does not allow me to do anything but try to upload again. Basically everything else is greyed out, and the only way to get out of this is to power off and on again my iPad.

Now I am getting an email from Slitherine telling me imam trying to upload my turns more than once and that may impair my ability to continue to play.

What gives? I have a good Internet connection, it seems the issue is coming from Slitherene's servers or it is an app issue. I also do see others posting the same issues. Very annoying.

Hi there. I have exactly the same issues which is why I did not yet make my first turn in the two games we just started together. Hopefully we'll soon meet on the battlefield
