How to find GJS'44 maps...

Can anyone please point me in the right direction? Thank you.
Hey Lynz,

Sorry for any confusion. Please DON'T use the GJS44, JUN06 or JUN07 campaigns.

Everyone should now be using either:

1. GJS'44 Open Tourney (an open tournament of the four best GJS'44 battle maps; at the moment only Sword Beach and Hillman Battery uploaded, but am adding one by one as the tournament progresses)

2. GJS'44 v1.22 (a team-based campaign with 4-5 German players vs 4-5 Allied players, gradually fighting away across a Normandy sector map, where each sector represents one battle map)

Instructions to download GJS'44 Open Tourney, here -> viewtopic.php?f=115&t=39693&start=160#p378085
or

Thanks for your prompt... You've given me an idea... I'll merge our Open Tourney and the next GJS'44 campaign (June 9th) downloads together, so that they become the same campaign file for everyone... But it usually takes a couple of weeks for each "day" of the campaign to play out, so you might want to use the current versions for now...

Will add some screenshots of some of the maps below.

Hope that helps? Post any questions here, or on GJS'44 campaign or Normany Ninja tourney threads, and I'll get back to you asap... Feedback (especially if you find pesky "13% cover" houses that have snuck in, groan) always welcome. :D

Happy battling!
;-)

PS. The latest version of the GJS'44 campaign always keeps the best maps from our previous campaign "days", so if you want to play Gold, Juno or Sword beaches from June 6th, or Hillman or Caen from June 7th, they will still be there... as well as Ouistreham, Bayeux or Buron, which have just been added for June 8th's fighting...

OUISTREHAM
Ouistreham would have been a bloodbath for an Allied attack from the ocean.
But could a cunning Allied attack from the west be successful? How open is that road?
Image

BURON
Buron is where Panzer Meyer's Hitlerjugend chewed up the Canadians.
However, II/736/716 doesn't have Meyer's 12th SS PzIV squadrons.
Can these recently merged survivors hold the crossing?
Image

BAYEUX
Bayeux was actually liberated on D-Day itself, June 6th, lightly "defended by only female German typists" Allied commanders would later claim.
How will the as yet untested II/744/711 perform against the fresh might of 9/3 mech/armour brigade?
Image

CAEN
Ding, ding, Caen, round 2... In a shock development, Allied paratroopers captured the regional city of Normandy on June 7th.
This is urban warfare extreme... where infantry delight... Can the paras hold out against a mechanised assault?

The maps above are all GJS'44 campaign maps...
The maps below are the GJS'44 Open Tourney maps...
:-)

HILLMAN BATTERY STRONGHOLD
Two miles inland from the Sword landings, Hillman was the site of approximately 12 coastal guns, defended by extensive underground bunkers, interlocking trenches, MG nests and barbed wire. Allies enjoy naval artillery, medic and rally. Germans can call down inland artillery, medic and rally.

Brits: Force selection includes 185th brigade, 3rd British infantry division, again with its mix of 1st Bn Suffolk regiment, 2nd Bn Kings Shropshire Light Infantry (KSLI), 1st Bn Royal Norfolks, MG platoon from 2nd Middlesex regiment and 27th armoured Staffordshire Yeomanry, supported by 17pdrs from 20th AT regiment
Germans: Force selection predominantly from Krug's headquarters and defence staff of 736th regiment 716th grenadier division, supported by counter-attacking elements of Feuchtinger's 21st panzerdivision
Image

SWORD BEACH
Stretching for 5 miles from St Aubin sur Mer to Ouistreham, Sword beach lies 10 miles northwest of D-Day target city of Caen. Expect Rommel's asparagus, dragon's teeth, tank traps, MG nests, and fearsome 88s and Pak40s. Allies enjoy naval artillery, medic and rally. Germans can call down Fw190G-2 air cover, medic and rally.

Brits: Force selection mostly from 8th brigade, 3rd British infantry division, including 1st Bn Suffolk regiment, 2nd Bn East Yorks regiment, plus elements of 27th armoured Staffordshire Yeomanry and 41 Royal Marine commando
Germans: Force selection predominantly from 716th grenadier division (weaker coastal defence), supported by 352nd infantry division (regulars) and a vanguard of Feuchtinger's 21st panzerdivision
