Re: Rankings
I can't seem to access these - when I click on Rankings on the resource page, I get told the computer can't open an RAR file - seems to be a compressed file.
Any suggestions?

Re: Rankings
Similar problems here. I suspect it's something to do with Flash...

Re: Rankings
Better still, just post them in a common format so everyone can see 'em.

Re: Rankings
To be fair to Phil he was trying to help. I sent them in the wrong format so zipped was the only option he had to make them available. Don't blame him (this time...)

Re: Rankings
So two questions:-
1. Are these updated from those on the Yahoo site i.e. June 2012 or later?
2. Are they going to be changed to a format we can access?

Re: Rankings
Don
1, No - they are intentionally being kept in step. Once these have been posted in a format that everyone can view I will update the ones in the Yahoo group and send same to Phil taking us to June 2012.
2, I would have to defer to Phil on that one. I will work with him on that once he has the time.

Keep up the good work.

Re: Rankings
Dave Allen will always appear on the first page of the FOGR rankings cos simply he's one of the 10 best FOGR players in the UK who has a brilliant off the wall style using armies that no one else uses.
Timmy - ur wrong - very wrong!!!
Don
p.s. I've never played DA and when I do I expect a v. tough game!!!

Re: Rankings
Don, please accept my apology, I was trying to be light hearted in response to Dave's gentle chiding of my progress with getting the rankings up to date (Phil is not the cause of the problem here he is helping).
As for me, you will most likely not see me anywhere but the last page as I play too few competitions and am not good enough...
I have played DA and still have the bruses to prove it...

Re: Rankings
I should be the one worrying - although I'm the top ranked player from MKWS, I'm heading down the rankings and Jim Gibson is heading up and. I didn't play again till The Worlds and Warfare.
Page 2 beckons!!!

Re: Rankings
Hey,
You have played one more comp than me, though I suspect your Warfare score will help.

Re: Rankings
FoGR National Rankings to end July 2012 (bar one Scots result not yet in) updated in the FOGR Yahoo group files and sent to Phil to be added to the Slitherine site (for wider circulation).
