Just noticed today that the website now shows "Q2-2013" for release.

Can we then assume and hope that Beta is soon to begin?
Also, has it ever been said if Beta testing will be open or close?

At the very least; how about an update of some sort, a Dev Diary, early screen pics, something. . . . . . . Please.

We are aiming at starting Beta around the end of Q1, a few weeks before we normally start with actual Beta recruiting, but we make good progress.

I expect Beta to be around 3 months, so if we start end of Q1, the game can be released end of Q2 if all goes to plan that is...

I must say, that sounds a bit better. I was a little worried you all were going to try and just push this out - and that would make for a not so good of a final product.

Regarding beta: is there an extra form to fill out for Sovereignity or is it enough to apply on the official HP ?

We will open the Beta registration and application process a few weeks before Beta starts, we will put out a proper announcement of course.

Although I’m excited to see that Allied Corps is coming out – my fear is that it will push Sovereignty even farther back. I sure hope not.

I have been following this game since it was first announced. I am sorry we do not get many updates, but I do understand the team is very busy. If the beta will be available at the end of this month or next month, I assume you have some screenshots to show. It would increase interest to see some of the progresses. Thanks,

Hello all,

There has been a hush of anticipation over Sovereignty for a long time. Early press peaks were very positive and gave us an opportunity to assess how the game was developing. Since then, we have made great progress and have somehow managed to keep a lid on things all this time. The temptation to show has been great, but we weren't quite ready. The game has grown...

The time for beta is approaching. Lordzimoa, in conjunction with Slitherine, will determine the specific date, but we are rounding the corner. A Sovereignty website will follow with screenshots and the juicy details.

Until then, the watchword is...
