[FDB] (v1.8.10.683 bRC4) End Turn Button

Hi,

Do not know if it is just me but I found the End Turn Button placed on a dangerous position on the interface. It's almost three times that I pressed it by accident trying to pick a BG or zoom in the map.

Im using a trackpad on the notebook.

Wouldn't be nice to put it on a place where it wouldn't interfere?
