How to Buy New Units?

How do I buy new units...exactly? I can't figure it out.

Well, you use the purchase screen If you're on the map, click the purchase button to go there, IIRC it has a $ sign.

If your prob is that you cannot purchase more units in there it might be due to the limit for core or aux units for the scenario you are playing.

Just a little addendum referring to not being able to purchase units. If your prestige is too low, units too expensive to buy are highlighted red (and the "purchase" button is unclickable, of course).

And you need to purchase the units, before you placed the max number of core units on the map.
