BA Multiplayer problems...

...hi guys - sorry if there is a thread on this already but over the past two months or so there seem to have been a lot of problems with multi-player games which never occurred before to me. Speaking with my opponnets they are having the same sort of problems:

1. Games swap sides...apparently this is an old problem but new to me...happened in about 5 games to date
2. Games lock.....not letting me take my turn after seeing the opponents turn...

....these are the biggest ones....is there something I can do like a patch? It is a shame because I love this game.

Do you have an example of a game where you end up locked out of turn. I can then grab and try and repeat. Or indeed an example of a game where you changed sides. The opponent name, map, and approximate last turn date will help me track them down.
