Goeben & Breslau

If you move the Austrian cruiser unit through the straits AFTER Ottoman entry into the war, you will trigger a "Goeben & Breslau" event, which kicks up Ottoman national morale by about 2 points.

I assume it would also work if you moved the German cruiser around from the North Sea, or the Austrian battleship.
