German version of AfrikaCorps and DLC package - PC 1.12

In germany its possible to buy AK and DLC in german (boxed).

Two questions:
1. When will be an update for download-customer available? Including german language in DLC and Afrika?
2. The version of the programm is 1.12 for the german localization. When will be this version available as patch? It seems, that this version could handle translation of the message text in the PZLOC-file. In 1.11 this text is shown in PZLOC-file, but only the text from the scenario file is used. If I would make a MOD for german and english players, in 1.11 I have to make two different scenario files, in 1.12 it seems I have to translate the text in the PZLOC file.

PS: I dont own these versions.

I bought Ak in Ger, have 1.12 now. My mods (in English) are still working fine without translations in the pzloc.

I guess it depends on the language setting, if you select German the game seeks localized files under localization/de. My version has a copy of the data folder with lots of pzlocs there that have victory conditions etc in German. This should work with previous versions too IIRC (never tested though).
