Weather system broken by 1917

I am playing agaiunst the AI the Grand Campaign, AI priviledge, and I am in July 1917, and it is still winter!!!

Are you playing multiple games at once? I've done a few turns in a winter game, exited to main menu, switched to a summer game and it is still winter tiles (don't know if combat penalties carry over though). I restarted the game and it was back to normal.

Could be that, after no summer in 1917 I receive a message that winter season starts
