Cannot log in to multiplayer in Ipad game

Hi,

Since this morning I can no longer enter multiplayer games. When I enter my username and password I just get the message "not logged in". I just reinstalled without improvement.

Further, I can no longer change preferences for notifications and newsletters on my profile. Once I push "edit" after checking the fields the check marks just disappear.

Profile seems corrupted - what can I do?

I am experiencing the same problem as Monsoeren on my ipad and regarding changing my profile.

Are you playing the demo version or the full version? There is a bug we just found where if you play the demo and have the full game installed it can cause a log in issue in MP. To avoid it just run the full version.

I am using the full version. Have never installed the demo on my iPad. Have tried to invite a non BA friend to a game via the built in feature but with no success.

Same issues as rolfgp. Full game on IPad and no more multiplayer and change of notification status possible.

But am still getting the NOT LOGGED IN popup box when trying to enter multiplayer on my Ipad. Bummer.

It was to fix the login issue so that's odd. We were able to repeat the issue here and fixed it and it went away. Can you try exiting the app and closing it to see if that helps. It maybe cached the error message.

Logging into slitherine com hasn't been a problem, or changing my password, or resetting it, which i have done a few times in the last few days. (But I have done this from a laptop PC not the iPad.)

On mypage at slitherine com I saw there was a problem changing the preferences for notifications and newsletters on my profile, which is now fixed. I have never been able to assess these preferences from within the game.

will test my iPad when I get home in an hour, lets see if it works.

Did you already tested the login in slitherine.com today? We've fixed a few bugs here, so your issue can be this.
I'll check the PBEM logs to see what's happening with you account, anyway.

Just tested two minutes ago. Logged in to slitherinedotcom no problem from a web browser, but get NOT LOGGED IN box when trying to open a multiplay game.

I just found a bug on the ipad authentication and fixed it. You should now be able to log in correctly!

We made another change this morning. Can you try it again. The issue is we cant repeat it here so we're a bit in the dark and trying to tweak things that could potentially cause issues.
