Pike & Shot Society show it as in stock - http://www.pikeandshotsociety.org/sales.htm - not a cheap buy though, but cheaper than the usual 2nd hand sources

Yeah, I knew about that source, but thanks. I was hoping to pay less than AUD$100:00.
I mean, something really badly beaten up would be good

IF I can't locate another cheaper version (likely) I'll buy one from Pike and Shot when I'm more financial. Before the iPad that's for sure

I know that feeling
Pity it isn't available in an electronic format as the one on the Austrian army for the same period is - about half the price of the printed version.

You can buy a pdf version of the book on a CD from Baccus.
https://www.baccus6mm.com/
Check under products and publications.
It's about 35-40 GBP. Still not cheap, but only slightly more than the one for the Austrian army. I have it, highly recommend it and will not be selling it.

Thank you for that kind offer. I currently have all the cavalry information I need. I imagine that Dragoons are in the infantry book, given that they were still part of the infantry in this period, but if I'm wrong, I'd love to have the flag/guidon/banner of the two regiments I'm painting up.

Thanks heaps. I didn't see that until now. Google only came up with Amazon (£182.50 for the hardback!!! - that's more than what I've paid for lead so far) and a few others. The Baccus site is a good resource, and I do have a soft spot for 6mm/10mm.shadowdragon wrote:You can buy a pdf version of the book on a CD from Baccus.

Cool - I had missed that they had the French as well, got the Austrian one from them.
Although as the infantry, cavalry, dragoons and artillery all have their own volumes it works out quite a bit for the whole army

At one time Baccus had a "buy 2 get the 3rd CD free" sale. I got most of my CDs from Baccus that way.nikgaukroger wrote:ravenflight wrote:Thanks heaps. I didn't see that until now.
