SERVER UNABLE TO VALIDATE YOUR DETAILS
I have registered the game and the additional packs. They show up as validated.
I can play the game fine and have updated the most recent update from the past week.
I contacted Support a few days ago........

I sent the email to support and they told me that they unregistered the game and had me register it again which I did. This was a few days ago. Since then I have had no reply to my follow up that the issue continues. Perhaps support is off on the weekends which is understandable. This message is usually an issue with a serial number or install, but if they are all registered (and I assume showing up on your My Page list of registered games) then that shouldn't be an issue.
