What is FOG 2 missing?
For me, I am missing "Appendix 1" of the reference section. I have downloaded several times but still the pages for "Appendix 1" are not there. Are there any others out there missing the same area? My OS is Windows 7.

I have Appendix 1 in my version, also on Windows 7.vinceor wrote:For me, I am missing "Appendix 1" of the reference section. I have downloaded several times but still the pages for "Appendix 1" are not there. Are there any others out there missing the same area? My OS is Windows 7.
One thing to be careful about is when you can navigate with the up/down arrows versus the left/right arrows. Left and right arrows go to the next "chapter", up and down arrows go forward/backward within a chapter but not into another chapter. The way I tested for Appendix one was to click on Appendix 1 in the Table of Contents displayed by clicking on the "home" icon. Using the right arrow on the Reference Section illustration page goes to Appendix 2 and skips past Appendix 1. And The up arrow will not take you back to Appendix 1 from Appendix 2.
Overall the navigation model in the PC version of the reader is much less usable than that in Kindle reader or the Kindle apps available for various platforms.

does it have a text search function? Some posters seem to think not, but I struggle to see why this would not be a standard feature of any ebook-type thingy ?Jhykronos wrote:PC version missing items:

The up and down arrows did the trick. Funny that left to right does not work as hoped, sort of throws the rhythm off.
Thank you so very much for your help.
