Computer crashing/freezing over due to...

Hi

Just had a number of crashes/pc freezing and I think it is down to some software updates from other systems.

If mcafee is running, I will pause it when playing a game and adobe gives you warning but it seems to me that other companies do not.

How do you fix that and or find out which software is downloading. I am guessing there may be a way to pause it but how is that possible.

Its really down to what software you are installing/updating. Its not something the game knows or cares about so it has to be solved from the other direction. Its really the developer of that software that can help you.

I am not entirely sure what is being installed and when, how do you find that out on the pc?
