has not been resolved still have same problem today.....please advise seeing as my request for help yesterday went ignored.. cant even play a multi player game

Sorry you are having problems. Is anyone else seeing this? If not it must be a connection issue or corruption in your install in some way. Reinstalling and checking your connection might help.

my connection is bang on:) maybe when i copied game from hdd to dvd it corrupted ,so could i have download client again? and do a clean install please?

Yes copying would make a mess you must always use the installer. Contact info@slitherine.co.uk with your order info and they'll send anew download.
