15mm Qing Foot Figures

For the foot archer BGs I was planning to use this Essex dismounted Mongol figure with lance and bow for the front ranks (because I already have 12 bases of them, quite nicely painted).



However, I can't see that Essex make any suitable archer figures for the rear ranks.

The main problem is the head-gear, which should probably look similar to the one shown here:



Although it is hard to see on the unpainted figure above, apart from a leather aventail, the Mongol figure hats are quite similar.

Any suggestions for figures for the rear rank archers?

The Khurasan Miniatures ones (previewed Sept 2011) look ideal (depending on size compatibility with Essex) but I don't see them in the Khurasan catalogue listing
