cant unsubscribe from notifications

I am using a Mac / ipad and if i toggle notifications off there is no button to click

Help please

Can you be more specific about which notifications you mean?

Its the turn notification emails for battle academy - I am getting way to many emails - I am in way to many games !

There is a on/off button which I can check but no way I can see to accept or confirm the change

I have tried safari / firefox on the Mac (10.7.4) and safari on the iPad

I'm having the opposite problem, I no longer get notifications...I prefer to get them again.

If you check out the profile page there should now be a correct option to edit/update your preferences for notifications etc.

If you're not receiving them and you are set to get notifications, check your spam folder or perhaps make sure your ISP isn't filtering them.

It's odd...I've verified my settings here and checked that my spam filter isn't stopping them...still no notifications? I was receiving them on a regular basis up until a couple of weeks ago...I didn't change anything on my end?

If you can post your email ISP (we don't need your full email address) we can check into it. Unfortunately dealing with incorrect blacklists is a game of whackamole as there is no 'official' list, just a number of different companies using their own criteria and their own systems of trying to get off the blacklist.

It's more your hosting provider blacklisting us (or the list they use blacklisting us). Who is your provider?
