Cant download expansion packs

HI team , sorry to be a pain but my PC crashed and I have had to rebuild from a new disc etc and i have uploaded BA and Blizt as I have the CD but only paid for Sealion and Market G as online load , went to the URL to download as it says either the time up or max downloads reached, can you help as was in middle of 6-7 on line games and know cant access etc .

Once you are fully updated you can simply enter the expansion serials via the Unlock Expansions button on the launcher - no need for any more downloading :)
