Afrika Korps Scen battle Axe

Ok after round 15 i have killed all allies and i post units in each single hex with a flag just to be sure and after 22 rounds im told AXIS has surrendered ??

there is nothing else i can do to win the scenario and its driving me crazy

any help out there :)

Welcome.
A few players have reported a similar situation. It seems that under certain circumstances that might happen in that scenario.
