[Bug] Water transport paths onto land

In the screenshot I have a tank transport (Though it did this with a colonizer, also) selected in the upper left corner. It has moved some this turn, if that impacts the path it decides to take. I click on the highlighted tile in the lower right, and it paths onto the land that is SE of it instead of staying in the water.
