Extensions bought for Mac - Availability for Ipad

Hello,

I am wondering if there is any possibility to get for free the extensions already bought for Battle Academy for Mac on my Ipad. I ask the question because I agree to buy the App for the Ipad (a new development, so we have to pay), but the extensions, it is beginning to get expensive and it bothers me to pay again for the extensions, as I have them already.

Unfortunately it would violate Apple's terms of service to link purchases between different platforms.
