Links to download the game i purchase dont work anymore

Its totally unaceptable the links that Slitherine gave me when i bought the game aren´t work anymore and without giving new links!!!!!


So the situation at the moment is i a format my pc and can´t play the game i bought!!!!

i already send a email to slitherine without answer !! so i spent my money and cant play

When were you issued the links? Links expire after a few days, but we can and will issue you new links at any time. If you have emailed support then they will issue you a new link as soon as possible.

When did you send your email to support?
