Small problem with Panzer Corps

Post by mike hayward »

Hi
I installed Panzer Corps last week. When attempting to play, on turn 1 or 2 the game has returned to the main menu screen, losing the last, unsaved move. Is this normal?

Definitely not. Can you give more details about the conditions under which this problem occurs? How PzC was installed? Are you running other games, applications etc.? I assume not, but just to start the troubleshooting...

I will move this to the technical issues thread, too.

When I bought the game, the URL supplied by Plimus was invalid. Slitherine support supplied an alternative URL, from which Panzer Corps downloaded fine. PzC was downloaded to 'save' and installed via the set-up icon. I have other games installed, but never have any other program or application running when playing PzC.

I shall inform you of exactly which turns, scenarios, levels it happens at when or if it re-occurs.

If it happens again, could you please rename "Audio" subfolder to "_Audio" and check if the crashes stopped.
