Vienna 1683 List

The list says upto half the points can be spent on Polish troops, is that half the points after Generals, or half the points of the total points in the army ?

I imagine it would be half the points you're allowed to spend building the army.

So, if it's 800AP game, you can spend 400AP out of the Polish list.
