Login failure

I had a problem with login that I was able to resolve, but I want to share the experience for the next guy who may have the same problem and perhaps alert developers to a problem.

After sitting on the demo version for a few months, I decided to take the plunge and purchase Panzer Corps. After downloading and installing the game, the first thing I did was click on Register, and then I clicked on the Sign Up link to create a username/account. After filling out the signup form, I get at Login Failure message that tells me nothing about what went wrong. After trying a few more times to fill out the form, I still get Login Failure -- very frustrating. Attention Developers: We need more information than "Login Failure". Thinking that perhaps I already had an account from the demo version, I try Forgot username/password. My email address is not on file. Of note, the signin form had a stored username and password for me, but I don't know if that is from a cookie, saved form data in my browser, or what.

After a few frustrating minutes of trying to figure out what the problem is, I give up and go back to the game.

The solution to my problem came when I signed up for multiplayer in the game, which established my account on the forum as well.

I'm looking forward to playing the game and getting involved in the player community! Hope this helps the next guy who encounters this same problem.
