problem with FoG-BattlePack-SetupRelease-v180

I have all FOG Army pack .
I have bougt today the Field of Glory - Battle Pack and I cannot play at all . My FOG is broken .
When I want to play , I have this message :
Run time error
..\..\..\..\Common\plugin.cpp:7458
Failure Condition : pluging EntryTable.GetEntry(entrypointName, out)
can't find plugin method DecodedBase64 (date As String , encoding as TexEncoding=nil) as String

What can Id od ?

The best thing to do is install the base game again and then the latest patch. I don't know what that error means.
