Starting Techs

Hi guys, in order to sketch out some tech names, I need to know the starting tech levels of the nations in 1939 - is there a guide anywhere?

The tech levels are set in the scenario files. Techs are generic so all sides have the ability to discover everything but start at different levels in each tech. Names woudl need to work for all sides.

Thanks- what levels does each nation start at though? Its difficult to decipher the scenario files...

nation 0 is germany, 1 italy, 2 UK, 3 is france, 4 is united states, 5 is russia, well, tech levels are listed just before the first "true"/"false" in each row and inversally ordered, for row 0, germany, just before the first "true" are a 0, a 3 and a 2, this is 0 - radar, 3 - organisation 2 - industry, so on for each major power, hope it helps,
